Leadership starts before the whistle

Build the person. Elevate the team.

The Student Athlete Leadership Course gives wrestlers practical tools to lead with confidence, communicate with purpose, take ownership, and strengthen the culture around them—on the mat, in the classroom, and in life.

Leadership they can practice every day.

This course helps student-athletes understand that leadership is not a title—it is a set of choices. Each lesson encourages wrestlers to bring greater intention to the way they prepare, respond, communicate, and serve their team.
